Sentinel recently introduced its second generation DS-800-TL Drill String Load Indicator (US Patent Pending). The new tool is sized and Zone rated (ATEX certified for use in Zone 0 hazardous areas) for use in a drilling rig's top drive, and can be made-up in the drill stem.
